LEISA NETWORK (LOW EXTERNAL INPUT SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE)
Kudumbam is involved with resource poor farmers who involve with low external input and with that they go for organic agriculture. Kudumbam involved with NGOs who are working in sustainable agriculture and promote organic farming with their target village farmers and to form a network with them and give training for the farmers to promote organic farming. This network which works with resource poor farmers promoting organic farming. This was a program of Kudumbam funded by HiVos, Netherlands. In this network 82 NGOs from 9 districts are members. Still those NGOs are involved in sustainable agriculture practices though the fund was over 15 years ago.
